Hi Steve – can you tell me about your involvement with training and fitness –
“I was always active and as a child did the usual running about, playing football and that sort of thing.
When I was 17 I started going to do the weights at the Commonwealth Pool and at that time I was also doing swimming and boxing.”
You have obviously taken things much further now. What qualifications do you have –
“I am qualified to Fitness Trainer level 3, and have certificates for circuit class, spinning, core stability and strength and conditioning.”
You’ve been involved in Gullane Gym since 2003 –
“Yes that’s right. I enjoy helping people with all aspects of their training and I don’t want to be pigeonholed into any one area. If you want to talk about any aspect of training just come and see me and I’ll point you in the right direction”
