Exercises include a wide variety of machines and free weights. Circuits can be devised by our trainers to carefully balance your training program so progress is tailored to your own abilities.
Our instructors are on hand to give advice and make sure your exercises are being carried out correctly and safely.
On the balcony there are rowing machines and space for floor exercises.
The studio is where most of our classes take place. You can choose anything from yoga to circuit training – the timetable will give an idea of what we offer.
The studio or gym can be used for TRX exercises.
We also have a sauna and treatment room along with showers and changing facilities.
